Google publishes every approved CSS in the Comparison Shopping Partners directory. Filter by country (Romania), language and, if you want, Premium status or type of service. If a CSS is not there, it is not approved by Google and cannot place ads on your behalf.

How to choose: the 6 criteria that matter

Pricing model. Flat fee, percentage of budget or bundled in an agency fee. Above ~€300/month of budget the flat fee is almost always cheapest. Details in How much does a CSS cost.
Self-service or managed. If you run your own campaigns or already have an agency, you want a self-service CSS that needs no Google Ads access. If you want someone to run the campaigns too, pick an agency with its own CSS.
Countries. If you sell, or will sell, in several countries, check in the directory that the CSS is approved in all of them and that you do not pay separately for each.
Support. Which language, which channel (email, WhatsApp, phone) and how fast. Test it first: send a question and see how long the answer takes.
Activation speed. The CSS Center request should come the same working day.
Freedom to leave. No fixed-term contract, no notice period, no exit fees. The Merchant Center account stays yours anyway.

What is not a criterion: the size of the saving. It is the same at every CSS, because it comes from Google's auction rule. A CSS promising "25%" or "30%" is exaggerating.

Does Premium status matter?

Google grants Premium status to large CSSs with certified staff, a minimum number of active accounts and access to extra support programmes. The status does not change the saving: the auction works the same for every approved CSS. It is a signal about the partner's size and experience, useful when comparing two otherwise similar providers.
