The CSSs we operate

Google approves each Comparison Shopping Service separately, per domain. Bigconvert operates three, each with its own CSS Center account. Stores subscribed to Bigconvert CSS are placed on one of them; the terms and the saving are identical.

"Active accounts" means linked accounts without suspension issues, as CSS Center reports them. Besides these three, Bigconvert operates a few smaller CSSs with a few hundred accounts in total; they are not included in the figures above.

Our history in the Google CSS programme

  • 2019. Viziune Grafică, one of the two companies Bigconvert was formed from, obtains Google Premium CSS Partner status for its comparison site Tidyshopping: the first Romanian-born CSS with that status. Tidyshopping has since become ProductXL.com.
  • 2023. Glew Solutions, the second founding company, obtains Premium status for its CSS Epio, today Bigconvert.com.
  • 2024. The two companies merge under the Bigconvert name.
  • 2025–2026. With the rename, Google did not associate the historical data with the new entity and the Premium status was not carried over. The current status of Bigconvert's CSSs is Google CSS Partner. Premium re-certification is expected in January 2027, when credentials are reissued.

Premium status does not change the saving for stores; the auction rule is the same for every approved CSS. We mention it because it is verifiable and because it says something about our experience in the programme.

The Bigconvert CSS service

  • Price: €18.99 per month per store, plus VAT where applicable. No commission on your budget, no set-up fee, no fixed-term contract.
  • Self-service: we do not manage subscribers' campaigns and do not ask for Google Ads access. We only place your existing ads through our CSSs.
  • Countries: every country in the CSS programme (European Economic Area, Switzerland, United Kingdom), in one subscription.
  • Activation: online form, payment via Stripe, request from CSS Center during working hours, approval in Merchant Center. Usually the same day.
  • Cancellation: any time, from the client portal. Full refund if you are not satisfied in the first month.
  • Support: in English and Romanian, by email and WhatsApp.
  • Agencies: volume pricing and bulk activation; details in CSS for agencies.

Is Bigconvert a Google Premium CSS partner?expand_more

It was: through Tidyshopping (2019) and Epio (2023). Since the rename to Bigconvert, the current status is Google CSS Partner, with Premium re-certification expected in January 2027. The saving for stores is the same whatever the status.

How many stores use Bigconvert's CSSs?expand_more

Over 2,000 active Merchant Center accounts across the three main CSSs (2,104 on 12 October 2026), plus a few hundred in the smaller CSSs.

How are Bigconvert, gen.ro and ProductXL related?expand_more

All are operated by BIGCONVERT S.R.L. gen.ro and shop.productxl.com are the Google-approved comparison sites through which we place ads, alongside shop.bigconvert.com.
